Where do i Place an order?

All orders must be placed via the website, which you can access here!


Is there a delivery window?

You know it!!! Deliveries will begin by noon on delivery days. We try to conclude deliveries by 5pm, but that is dependent on the amount of deliveries that need to be fulfilled. Time may shift during daylight savings time for safety reasons.


Can you tell me a little bit about your process?

We offer three-weekday delivery options -

  • For Monday delivery, orders must be made by Friday at 5 p.m

  • For Wednesday delivery, orders must be made by Monday at 5 p.m.

  • For Friday delivery, orders must be made by Wednesday at 5 p.m.

There are no same/next day deliveries offered. If you would like the delivery to occur on a specific Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, please include it in the note section along with your personal note.

An email notification will go out the morning of the delivery and another will go out once the delivery has been fulfilled If we have any questions about your order, we will reach out via email

Please be sure to pay attention to any special messages regarding delivery at the top of the website page. After huge flower holidays (i.e. Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day) there may be a delay in receiving flowers. Your order may be pushed to the next delivery date. Don’t worry, you will receive an email updating you with delivery information.

* Cake + Flower bundles must be ordered by Wednesday @ 5 P.M. for Saturday pickup at Two Chick in the Mix location.


when can i expect my flowers?

All deliveries will be made throughout the day, starting at noon.

When delivering, flowers will be left on the doorstep, providing a contactless delivery. The purchaser will receive an email confirmation by the end of the day. We will ring the doorbell and/or knock and leave the flowers at your doorstep. If the delivery address is an apartment bldg, flowers will be left at the front door, front desk, front gate, etc. of the recipient if we can gain building access. If we are unable to access the bldg., one attempt to contact the sender and recipient will be made. The driver will wait for no more than 5 minutes for a response.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers will be moved to the next delivery date and a new delivery charge will be billed. The invoice must be paid prior to another delivery attempt.

*Cake + Flower orders are picked up on Saturdays only at the Two Chicks in the Mix location.*


We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given.

What happens if the flowers get sent to the wrong address?

Where do you deliver?

All deliveries must be within Emeryville, Alameda, Oakland and San Leandro.
